Compensation: 40+/hr -- $150K-$180K annually, based on experience
Schedule: Saturday – Friday, 7 AM – 8 PM during the 7 day rotation; notice will be provided for any extended hours, overnights, or travel needs

Household Dynamic:A loving and busy family of six in Brookline, MA is seeking a full-time rotational nanny to become a valued part of their childcare team. The family consists of four children (ages 10 months, 2, 12, and 15), though primary care will be for the youngest two children and newborn joining the family in 2025/2026. The family employs two full-time housekeepers, a weekday nanny, and another rotational nanny who will partner with the person in this role.
The parents are very involved in their children's lives. Dad works from home 80% of the time in a separate space, and mom stays home but is in and out throughout the day. The family loves to travel and would love a nanny who is comfortable traveling both domestically and internationally. They have a lab mix and light pet care is appreciated, such as letting the dog in and out to the back yard and help with feeding the dog.
The role will report directly to the family's estate manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position is strictly focused on childcare and child development, as there is full housekeeping support.
Ideal Candidate:
The family is seeking a professional career nanny with 7-10+ years of experience in private homes and a has a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) certification with extensive infant care experience including sleep training, introducing solids, and potty training. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and skilled in fostering age-appropriate while seamlessly collaborating with a fully staffed household. They must be comfortable traveling domestically and internationally, working long shifts during the 7-day rotation, and providing overnight care when needed. A valid U.S. driver's license, willingness to sign an NDA, and wear a uniform that consists of all black clothing (ex. black leggings and a black sweater).
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide nurturing, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for the 10-month-old and 2-year-old
Plan and implement creative and enriching activities that promote learning, exploration and development
Assist with major childhood transitions such as introducing solids, adjusting nap schedule, potty training, etc.
Collaborate closely with the weekday nanny and partner rotational nanny to ensure seamless care and smooth transitions
Travel domestically and internationally with the family as needed (notice will be provided in advance)
Occasionally assist with the older children (12 and 15) when needed
Maintain a clean and organized space for the children (tidying up after meals, playtime, etc.)
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the parent and household staff regarding the children's daily needs and schedules
