Schedule: 

  • Live-in at Dad's Home: Every other Thursday at 2:30pm - Sunday at 5:30pm

  • At Mom's Home: Every other Tuesday 9:00am - 4:00pm and 1-2 Fridays/month 5:00pm - midnight (flexible)

  • Optional: Additional hours for date nights available

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, flexible for the right fit

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses one week), 5 paid sick days, paid major. federal holidays, and a monthly healthcare stipend if needed

Live-In/Live-Out: This position is a live-in role during the weekend shift at dad's house and live-out for the remaining time spent at mom's house

Household Dynamic: 

This dual-household family shares custody and is looking for a reliable, kind and organized nanny to provide consistent care. Their son is playful, curious and thrives with gentle structure and stimulating, educational activities. Both homes are welcoming and respectful, with dad's office on the property but in a separate building. The family has three friendly dogs between the two homes (an 80-lb dog at dad's, and two smaller dogs-20 lb and 40 lb-at mom's. Light pet care, such as letting the dogs in and out, is required. A family vehicle is provided for work-related use, and parking is available. 

Ideal Candidate: 

The ideal nanny is warm, trustworthy, and highly dependable. A strong communicator with a calm, patient demeanor and a proactive approach will thrive in this role. The family values flexibility, honesty, and a strong work ethic. A background in education or experience with developmentally appropriate play is a major plus. Must be comfortable with dogs and able to travel with the family 1-2 times per year (passport required). 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Provide loving and attentive care to the child across both homes

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate, educational activities 

  • Drive to outings and activities (family car provided)

  • Handle child-related tasks: laundry, bottle cleaning, meal prep, grocery shopping

  • Maintain seasonal clothing and toy inventory

  • Light tidying and home organization

  • Let dogs in/out and provide light pet care

  • Be available for domestic and international travel 1-2+ times/year

Qualifications: 

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • 3+ years of professional nanny experience

  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start)

  • Valid passport and willingness to to travel

  • Dog-friendly and comfortable in a dual-household setting

  • Educational background or interest in child development preferred

  • Honest, flexible, dependable, and eager to grow with the family
