Full-Time Nanny Position with a Wonderful Family in South End, Boston!

Compensation: $70K-$80K annually, based on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 9 AM and 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Wednesdays 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM) + a built-in date night (flexible day), 40 hours per week guaranteed

Description: This is an exciting opportunity for a warm, energetic, and organized nanny to join a loving and active family in the South End of Boston! 

Location: South End, Boston

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 9am and 3:30pm - 7:30pm (Wednesdays 2:30pm - 7:30pm) & a built-in date night (flexible day), 40 hours per week guaranteed

Compensation: $70k - $80k annually, based on experience

Benefits: The family is offering 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses one week), paid major federal holiday, 5 paid sick days, and a monthly healthcare stipend if needed.

Travel: Passport required-the family spends August in Rhode Island and would love a nanny who can join them (traveling home on the weekends in possible). There will also be 2-3 other trips throughout the year where they'd love the nanny to accompany them.

Live-Out: This is a live-out role.

Household Dynamic:

This active and close-knit family of five is looking for a dedicated nanny to help care for their three high-energy, loving, and funny children. The kids have a wonderful bond and enjoy engaging activities. The parents are hands-on--dad works outside of the home and travels frequently, while mom is high school teacher and works from home Mondays and Wednesdays. They are seeking a collaborative nanny who can seamlessly support their daily routine. The family has a firm no-screen-time policy during the week and values a nanny who can encourage creativity, learning, and play. They do not have any pets or dietary restrictions.

Ideal Candidate:

The family is seeking a proactive, reliable, and engaging nanny who is warm, patient, and great at communicating with parents .The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, and comfortable managing a dynamic household. A strong ability to plan age-appropriate activities, maintain structure, and foster a positive environment is key. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for the children 

• Plan engaging activities that encourage creativity, learning, and exploration

• Meal prep for the kids and pack lunches

• Manage child-related laundry and help tidy/organize toys and play areas

• Assist with general household tidying and organization related to the children

• Collaborate with mom when she is working from home, ensuring a smooth day-to-day routine

• Travel with the family as needed, particularly during August in Rhode Island and other trips throughout the year

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with children

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Comfortable working in a home where parents are present
