The girls are kind, silly, empathetic, and full of creativity, and the family is looking for a nanny who will nurture their personalities while providing structure and support. The family values teamwork with other staff and being team-orientated with mom. While children are the main priority, extra duties that the family would like help with are: help with dishes, light tidying and organizing, folding laundry, driving children to activities. The nanny will work alongside Mom at times and should be comfortable collaborating with another caregiver. The family has one dog and two cats, though pet care is minimal (letting the dog out in the backyard). Dad works from home two days a week and travels frequently for work.
Ideal Candidate:
The family is looking for a warm, fun-loving, and observant nanny who can balance being nurturing with setting clear boundaries. The ideal candidate will be a true team player, comfortable working alongside Mom and other caregivers, and able to bring a great sense of humor and a playful yet structured approach to childcare. Preferably, they will have teaching experience or a strong background in early childhood development, along with the ability to be adaptable and proactive, anticipating the family's needs and stepping in when necessary. A gentle but firm approach is essential, ensuring clear boundaries while maintaining a loving and supportive environment. Additionally, the nanny should be open to traveling with the family about four times per year, including domestic trips and future international travel to Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Provide engaging, attentive care for the three girls.
Drive children to activities (family provides a car for nanny use).
Help with children’s laundry, dishes, and light tidying/organizing.
Be observant and proactive, stepping in to help when needed.

Qualifications:
Must have experience with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
A valid driver’s license (no personal car needed, as the family provides one).
Comfortable with pets (minimal care required).
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.
