Child: One infant (boy, will be 4 months old at start date)

Benefits: The family is offering 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses one week), 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, and a monthly healthcare stipend if needed.
Live-out: This is a live out role.
Household Dynamic:
This warm and organized family is looking for a caring and safety-conscious nanny to support their baby’s development while fostering a loving and engaging environment. Their son is currently combination feeding (breast and bottle), and they are looking for a nanny who is knowledgeable about infant care and routines. The family does not require travel or pet care, and both parents work a hybrid schedule (avoiding being home simultaneously).
Ideal Candidate:
The family is seeking an experienced infant nanny who is warm, proactive, and engaging. A nanny who is safety-conscious, attentive, and confident in managing baby milestones and routines would be ideal. Someone who can maintain a structured yet flexible approach and communicate openly with the parents will thrive in this role. There is a strong preference for a candidate who speaks German, as the family would love to incorporate the language into their child’s daily routine.
Responsibilities Include:
Engaging the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities
Managing baby-related tasks: laundry, changing bed linens, toy sanitizing, and bottle/pump part cleaning
Preparing meals for the baby as he starts solids
Light household tidying and organization related to the baby
Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
Qualifications:
3+ years of infant-specific experience
Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the United States
A valid US driver’s license and ability to get to Wellesley Hills once the family moves (parking is available)
German-speaking candidate strongly preferred
Comfortable working in a home with hybrid work-from-home parents
